Sportworks provided professional design and consulting services to A.L. Post for specifications for a new synthetic turf athletic field, infill system(s), and an underlayment shock pad.
Part of this property is in a floodplain, requiring technical specifications for the subdrainage stone base and storm sewer piping around the field, ensure that grading and site elevations, along with appropriate stormwater management strategy was applied to the site plan.
In addition to construction observation, the team also reviewed contractor proposals, providing comments and recommendations when necessary. The fields opened in the fall of 2021.
