As civil engineer for the new $30 million dollar expansion of the existing Milford High School, Sportworks Design was responsible for close coordination with the owner and the jurisdiction to help ensure a smooth construction project, ultimately minimizing change orders and RFI’s. The project included a new freshman wing, new cafeteria, loading dock, and two new entry points into the school. Craig Honkomp’s experience with athletic complex’s was very helpful in the design of the new varsity baseball and softball complex including practice fields, and enhancements to the soccer stadium, and new tennis courts.
